ABOUT US
This organization was founded in 2016 to assist people in acquiring and maintaining stable housing, reducing the risk of homelessness, and increasing access to care by providing affordable housing, treatment education, and case management. Services are provided throughout Los Angeles County. We plan to partner with non-profit agencies and housing authorities in Los Angeles County and Housing and Urban Development to provide direct housing and supportive services.
MISSION
The mission of Los Angeles Community Housing Foundation is to promote quality of life and encourage affordable, quality, low-cost housing for persons living with HIV/AIDS, low-income families, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and experiences homelessness.
